Senior / Staff Technical Program Manager - End-to-End Features
Leads cross-functional programs delivering end-to-end autonomous mobility features across vehicle, autonomy, and operations teams. Requires 10+ years in engineering or program management, experience with complex product development, and strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities
- Translate corporate strategy and milestones into detailed feature roadmaps, timelines, presentation decks, and deliverables.
- Manage on-time delivery of end-to-end programs and features.
- Identify and implement improvements that increase team effectiveness and overcome challenges.
- Define deliverables for each team at each milestone and establish completion benchmarks.
- Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, communicate key information, and drive open questions and issues to closure.
- Create reports communicating program status, risks, issues, and accomplishments.
- Create and maintain dashboards showing program status.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve or mitigate issues, escalating when necessary.
- Lead issue resolution to ensure end-to-end issues progress to closure and affected teams remain informed and engaged.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering or program management.
- Deep familiarity with software, hardware, integration, or automotive development processes.
- Strong track record managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Experience across all stages of product development, including ideation, design, release, prototyping, validation, launch, and production.
- Ability to maintain a broad perspective and communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively to different audiences.
