Responsibilities
- Own and drive complex, cross-organizational AI/ML programs spanning multiple engineering teams and senior stakeholders from strategy through delivery.
- Translate corporate strategy into structured roadmaps and resolve conflicting priorities across teams.
- Define and track program-level metrics to surface systemic risks and drive process improvements.
- Present program status, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Build and scale program management practices, tooling, and processes for the broader TPM function.
- Mentor other technical program managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, a technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 10–12+ years of engineering program management experience.
- Experience owning programs spanning multiple organizations or director-level and higher stakeholders.
- Deep experience with AI/ML, autonomous vehicles, computer vision, reinforcement learning, simulation, automotive, or aerospace processes.
- Track record of resolving high-ambiguity, cross-organizational risks and driving alignment across senior leadership.
- Experience building or scaling program management processes, strategy, and tooling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical depth to engineers and strategic framing to executives.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the autonomous vehicle industry or robotics.
- Experience integrating AI tools or agents into program management workflows.
- Experience using JIRA or similar tools.
