About the role

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation: Own top-of-funnel sourcing for senior, staff, and principal product, design, and engineering roles. Build creative outbound campaigns, leverage networks, and develop unique angles to reach top-tier talent.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire candidate journey from first touch to close including screening, interview coordination, debriefs, offer construction, and onboarding. Ensure every candidate has a high-signal and delightful experience.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Partner with engineering leaders to define role profiles, calibrate scorecards, and build a shared model of what great looks like. Bring market intelligence, candidate signal, and process discipline to every search.
  • Process & Systems: Build and maintain the operational backbone of technical hiring including ATS hygiene, structured interview kits, scorecards, reporting, and recurring hiring rituals.
  • Brand & Storytelling: Own the story and sharpen it constantly as the first Moment experience most candidates have.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting technical and/or go-to-market talent, ideally in high-growth or early-stage environments
  • Exceptional sourcing instincts and a builder's mindset for outbound creativity
  • High-velocity operator who thrives running many concurrent searches without dropping detail
  • Strong judgment, taste, and an extremely high bar for talent
  • Excited to grow within a fast-scaling company and build the talent function alongside the founders and leadership
