About the role
Responsibilities
Define and maintain the customer-facing roadmap for the Machine Identity product area, in partnership with engineering and design leads.
Own OKRs for your area with clear success metrics, and drive quarterly planning cycles end-to-end.
Write and iterate on PRDs, PRFAQs, and other product specifications that align engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Prioritize initiatives on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis — keeping the team focused on the work that matters most.
Bring the customer voice into product decisions through research, direct engagement, and structured feedback loops.
Contribute to the cross-company vision and execution strategy for Machine Identity and the broader Unified Access platform.
Support executive-level conversations with customers and prospects about Unified Access, alongside PMM and senior PM colleagues.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in a product management role, with a track record of owning features or product areas end-to-end.
Hands-on experience writing PRDs, PRFAQs, or similar product specifications.
Strong customer empathy — a demonstrated ability to gather feedback, identify patterns, and translate customer needs into clear, prioritized requirements.
Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and clarity needs to be created, not just inherited.
Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with developer tools, enterprise SaaS, or security products.
Experience with using AI engineering tools for your own side-projects.
Experience with identity, secrets management, or infrastructure security.
