About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sourcing, structuring, and closing of complex reseller and OEM partnerships with core banking platforms and strategic fraud, identity, and lending infrastructure providers.
  • Partner with Partner Success and Partner Marketing to build enablement playbooks for partner sales forces.
  • Drive post-signature partner commercialization, pipeline generation, partner-sourced ARR quotas, and expansion within partner client bases.
  • Align with direct Sales and GTM leadership on strategic accounts, channel conflict, and market penetration.
  • Develop partner programs, pricing frameworks, and operational processes for scalable reseller and OEM models.
  • Travel up to 25% for partner meetings and industry events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional work experience.
  • 3+ years focused on sourcing, negotiating, and closing reseller and OEM partnerships in technology or financial services.
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding partner sales quotas.
  • Experience managing commercial relationships or closing deals with major core banking platforms such as Fiserv, Jack Henry, or FIS preferred.
  • Expertise structuring complex technical and commercial agreements.
  • Experience at high-growth, venture-backed, or pre-IPO technology companies strongly preferred.
  • Discovery-first mindset and ability to translate business problems into product and go-to-market recommendations.
  • Technical fluency in API integration, compliance considerations, and technical architecture.
  • Data-driven pipeline management and prioritization.
  • Persistence and creativity managing complex, lengthy reseller and OEM partnerships.
  • Ability to collaborate across engineering, legal, product, and sales teams.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Metro 2 salary range: $165,000–$180,000, plus sales incentive plan.
  • Metro 3 salary range: $160,000–$175,000, plus sales incentive plan.
  • Salary is determined by experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, abilities, internal equity, and market data.
