Responsibilities
Consistently help team meet or exceed quota.

Cultivate Account Executives for consistent month-over-month success.
Mentor, lead, or coach new peers.
Provide feedback to executive team to steer company direction.
Active member of sales leadership team, building relationships with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Legal teams.
Work closely with SDR and Marketing for account-based marketing strategy.
Compensation
On-Target Earnings: $300,000-$350,000
Base Salary: $150,000-$175,000 annually
Meaningful equity compensation via ISO options with early exercise and 10-year post-termination exercise window.
