Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end operational and regulatory launch plan for France, including workstream sequencing, milestone tracking, and risk management.
- Establish the operational foundation, including legal entity setup, billing and tax structure, data compliance, local operations infrastructure, testing, and market-specific product requirements.
- Lead regulatory market entry by mapping required authorizations, building relationships with in-country regulators, and driving approvals to completion.
- Coordinate supply, legal, finance, product, and engineering specialists to keep workstreams aligned and unblocked.
- Partner with the GTM Lead France to coordinate operational readiness and commercial launch.
- Own long-term operational relationships with local carrier and vendor partners, including integrations, SLAs, performance, commercial reviews, and escalations.
- Build and document the market playbook for future launches.
- Define success metrics for the market from launch through scale.
- Build a local operations team as the business grows.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in market expansion, operations, or consulting at a high-growth technology company, ideally in fintech, payments, telecom, or another regulated industry.
- Experience launching a market, country, or product from zero and owning the launch end to end.
- Strong project-driving skills across regulatory, technical, commercial, and people workstreams.
- Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information, document reasoning, and adapt quickly.
- Experience operating across multiple countries or jurisdictions.
- Ability to work across government licensing meetings and cross-functional planning sessions.
- Fluent French and English.
