Responsibilities
- Research, collect, verify, and update company firmographic data, including company size, industry classification, and location.
- Gather and validate executive contact information, including names, titles, email addresses, and phone numbers.
- Maintain data accuracy, quality, and consistency across the sales intelligence database.
- Follow research protocols, privacy laws, and confidentiality requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve research processes and database growth.
- Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities to optimize research and validation workflows, improve efficiency, enhance data quality, and reduce manual effort.
- Prioritize work and operate independently with limited supervision.
- Analyze spreadsheets and data tables and draw conclusions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on day-to-day activities.
- Maintain accuracy while managing changing workloads.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in data research.
- Strong understanding of company size, structure, location, industry classification, ownership type, and business type.
- Knowledge of corporate actions, including mergers, acquisitions, and parent-subsidiary relationships.
- Experience with AI-driven automation for data research and validation workflows.
- Experience working with spreadsheets and analyzing data tables.
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Ability to establish priorities and work independently.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
