Responsibilities
People Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze employee lifecycle data, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance, promotions, compensation, headcount, and attrition.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring workforce reports.
- Respond to ad hoc analytics requests and translate business questions into data-driven recommendations.
- Partner with People Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence on workforce planning, talent reviews, and organizational health discussions.
- Validate data accuracy and collaborate with HR Technology and data teams to improve data quality and reporting consistency.
- Present findings through clear visualizations and concise business summaries.
Workforce Analytics
- Perform statistical analyses to identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support predictive models for workforce planning, attrition, and employee lifecycle analytics.
- Assist with workforce forecasting and organizational reporting using quantitative analysis.
- Recommend improvements to reporting automation and analytics processes.
- Contribute to improvements in People Analytics methodologies and reporting practices.
AI & Employee Listening Analytics
- Analyze employee survey data and feedback to identify trends, themes, and improvement opportunities.
- Apply Natural Language Processing techniques, including sentiment analysis and text analytics, to summarize employee feedback.
- Support AI-enabled analytics capabilities that improve reporting efficiency and insight generation.
- Contribute to automated reporting and narrative insights using Generative AI tools where appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, Excel, SQL, and enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, or Greenhouse.
- Working knowledge of regression, forecasting, segmentation, and trend analysis.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience developing dashboards and visualizations for business audiences.
- Ability to partner effectively with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience using Python or R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing, Generative AI, or machine learning concepts.
