Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-visibility Tableau dashboards and reporting assets that provide actionable insights to business partners across the global organization.
- Build and optimize production-grade datasets in Snowflake, ensuring field data covering pipeline, bookings, and productivity is clean, structured, and accessible for self-service analysis.
- Own technical documentation for GTM reporting assets, including data lineage, metric definitions, and logic.
- Champion generative AI tools to accelerate analytics workflows, including SQL query generation, data preparation, and report documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Operations, Business Systems, and Data & Insights teams to capture requirements and deliver technical solutions supporting go-to-market initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence, ideally within a global delivery model.
- 2+ years of experience with Tableau.
- Expertise in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and Salesforce data.
- Practical experience using generative AI tools such as Claude Code, GPT, Gemini, or GitHub Copilot to improve technical productivity.
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear technical and functional manuals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a global team.
- Ability to translate complex data logic into clear, concise narratives.

- Understanding of enterprise software sales processes, field or sales operations, and cross-functional go-to-market processes.
- Ability to operate independently in a global model and provide comprehensive project handoffs.
- Proficiency with Python scripting and dbt data modeling.
