Responsibilities
Develop warehouse and inventory management concepts and techniques to optimize quality inspection and inventory control systems.
Complete complex warehouse and inventory tasks using advanced metrology and data analysis.
Lead demanding assignments, resolve inventory-related issues, and identify process improvements.
Determine methods and procedures for new warehouse assignments while facilitating and leading teams.
Oversee daily inventory usage and accuracy using advanced tracking methodologies.
Direct receipt, inspection, and staging of shipment inventory to maintain rigorous quality standards.
Escalate and resolve quality and logistics issues affecting inventory levels.
Design and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Manage complex Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) workflows, including troubleshooting and resolution facilitation.
Analyze return-cycle documentation to lead continuous quality improvements.
Identify operational bottlenecks and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to drive sustainable improvements.
Support production and fulfillment teams in meeting strategic schedules.
Work onsite in Santa Clara beginning at 8:00 AM Pacific; occasional extended hours may be required.
Lift up to 20 pounds and travel periodically to offices, customer sites, conferences, and company functions.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of related experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
Specialist-level expertise in warehouse operations, with the ability to work independently as a facilitator and leader.
Extensive experience with Lean Six Sigma, 5S, and other warehouse process-improvement methodologies.
Advanced proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems, including NetSuite.
Demonstrated proactive problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis experience.
Nice-to-Haves
Fulfillment experience in other facilities.
Familiarity with Google Workspace.
Experience using metrology and inspection instruments.
Coursework in science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary range: $36–$39.50 USD.
