Manages federal contracts, compliance processes, registrations, and agreements across legal, capture, revenue, and finance teams. Requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of relevant experience, and knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government contract vehicles.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain government contract management processes from pre-contract activities through final milestones and deliverables.
- Build AI-native workflows into contract management and compliance processes to reduce manual review.
- Maintain government contract registrations, reporting, and disclosures in SAM.gov, PIEE, CPARS, and similar systems.
- Assist with negotiating and administering agreements with customers, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Provide frontline support for contract-related requests from internal stakeholders and respond to inquiries from customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor performance on complex government contracts and identify or escalate risks to performance.
- Design and implement policies and procedures supporting federal business compliance, including export control, OFAC, FAR, and DFARS requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in government contracting, contracts management, defense contracting, paralegal work, or legal operations.
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and other agency supplements.
- Experience with Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs), GSA Schedules, Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), BPAs, and other multi-award contract vehicles.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Strong initiative, resourcefulness, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Fluency with spreadsheets, basic statistics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Interest in AI/ML, law, privacy, and cybersecurity.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Broad Agency Announcements, Commercial Solutions Openings, SBIR Phase 3, consortiums, and other government procurement types.
- Knowledge of government contract and subcontract processes, including flowdowns, change management, inspection, acceptance, payment, warranty, closeout, and records retention.
- Experience at a startup, defense contractor, or high-growth technology company.
- Experience negotiating subcontracts on federal programs.
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Willingness to travel onsite.
