About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and own sourcing strategy for engineering, product, and design, from target-list construction to first outreach to close
  • Hunt for top-tier talent for payments and infra engineers, identity and access, developer platform, and design engineering roles
  • Run full-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles, coordinating interviews, technical assessments, and system design
  • Be the market intelligence resource for hiring managers: comp benchmarking, competitive landscape, and talent-pool sizing
  • Run a fast, high-bar process with strong candidate experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical recruiting, with a heavy emphasis on outbound sourcing
  • Strong opinions on what a great engineer looks like, with examples to defend them
  • Track record driving searches end to end across a wide range of engineering roles
  • Cold outreach that converts; ability to get responses from passive candidates
  • Use AI throughout workflow
  • High ownership and high standards

Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring for fintech, infra, or payments teams
  • Experience building an in-person, high-intensity team
