Responsibilities
Build and own sourcing strategy for engineering, product, and design, from target-list construction to first outreach to close
Hunt for top-tier talent for payments and infra engineers, identity and access, developer platform, and design engineering roles
Run full-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles, coordinating interviews, technical assessments, and system design
Be the market intelligence resource for hiring managers: comp benchmarking, competitive landscape, and talent-pool sizing
Run a fast, high-bar process with strong candidate experience
Requirements
5+ years in technical recruiting, with a heavy emphasis on outbound sourcing
Strong opinions on what a great engineer looks like, with examples to defend them
Track record driving searches end to end across a wide range of engineering roles
Cold outreach that converts; ability to get responses from passive candidates
Use AI throughout workflow
