Responsibilities

  • Support travelers through chat, phone, and email.
  • Provide accurate information for hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings.
  • Maintain supplier, destination, travel-system, and industry knowledge.
  • Analyze customer needs, personas, and urgency quickly and accurately.
  • Help users self-serve through the Navan platform and app.
  • Respond within SLA expectations.
  • Follow travel, expense, compliance, and attendance policies.
  • Provide stakeholders with feedback on goals and operating-process performance.
  • Participate in meetings covering product launches, supplier updates, and industry changes.
  • Complete assigned training and meet individual performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing bookings for corporate and leisure clients in a core business-travel environment.
  • 3+ years of advanced Sabre or Amadeus GDS experience, including ticketing, reissues, voids, cancellations, EMD and MCO issuance/reissuance, and PNR management.
  • Experience with local-market supplier content and booking practices in ARC and BSP markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of complex itineraries, air fares, fare construction, nett fares, IT fares, route deals, and corporate negotiated fares.
  • Understanding of travel-industry regulations and worldwide compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Fluency in German.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with NDC, low-cost carriers, and third-party content aggregators.
  • Fluent languages in addition to English.
