Responsibilities
- Support travelers through chat, phone, and email.
- Provide accurate information for hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings.
- Maintain supplier, destination, travel-system, and industry knowledge.
- Analyze customer needs, personas, and urgency quickly and accurately.
- Help users self-serve through the Navan platform and app.
- Respond within SLA expectations.
- Follow travel, expense, compliance, and attendance policies.
- Provide stakeholders with feedback on goals and operating-process performance.
- Participate in meetings covering product launches, supplier updates, and industry changes.
- Complete assigned training and meet individual performance metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing bookings for corporate and leisure clients in a core business-travel environment.
- 3+ years of advanced Sabre or Amadeus GDS experience, including ticketing, reissues, voids, cancellations, EMD and MCO issuance/reissuance, and PNR management.
- Experience with local-market supplier content and booking practices in ARC and BSP markets.
- In-depth knowledge of complex itineraries, air fares, fare construction, nett fares, IT fares, route deals, and corporate negotiated fares.
- Understanding of travel-industry regulations and worldwide compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Fluency in German.
Nice to Have
- Experience with NDC, low-cost carriers, and third-party content aggregators.
- Fluent languages in addition to English.
