Responsibilities
- Execute legal operational workflows and procedures as a first point of contact, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Support legal requests, including coordinating approvals, signatures, documentation, and operational follow-through.
- Manage and triage incoming requests and correspondence for the Legal team, ensuring items are prioritized, routed, tracked, and resolved.
- Scale the Legal team’s operations, systems, and ongoing innovation in partnership with Legal Operations teammates.
- Create and implement processes that reduce friction for team members, leaders, and business counterparts.
- Build cross-functional relationships with Legal and business partners, advise and influence decisions, manage change, and balance multiple priorities.
- Implement lightweight project-management frameworks that support rapid iteration and low-overhead execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of operational experience, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic legal-team environment.
- Experience with technical tooling and data-analysis project-management software.
- Demonstrated experience improving processes and tools to enhance efficiency and results.
- Strong cross-functional relationship-building, judgment, discretion, composure, initiative, and resourcefulness.
- Meticulous attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and tracking project metrics.
