Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A
The Senior Financial Analyst will build financial models, planning tools, and performance reporting focused on topline revenue, gross margin, and go-to-market costs. The role partners with GTM leaders, accounting, and systems teams and requires 3–5 years of FP&A or strategy experience plus advanced BI and Excel capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Support financial planning for topline, revenue, GTM costs, and cost-efficiency targets.
- Develop financial tools for new revenue, churn, sales efficiency, and GTM capacity planning.
- Perform scenario planning and create upside and downside projections across quarterly, annual, and multi-year horizons.
- Design and implement Budget vs. Actual reporting and identify growth and efficiency improvement levers.
- Analyze market-, customer-, and product-level financial trends across different offering types.
- Partner with GTM leaders on actual and forecasted costs.
- Support month-end close, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting.
- Perform ad hoc analysis for product launches, strategic partnerships, and capital investments.
- Partner with data and systems teams to automate analytics and financial models in centralized reporting platforms.
- Identify and adopt AI use cases to improve planning and analysis.
- Collaborate with accounting during monthly and quarterly close cycles, including maintaining accurate accruals.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, strategy, or similar roles.
- Experience in technology or SaaS revenue is preferred.
- Experience working with go-to-market functions such as Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Marketing is highly desirable.
- Significant experience with BI and visualization platforms, FP&A platforms such as IBM Planning Analytics or Workday Adaptive, and advanced Excel functionality.
- Experience adapting AI use cases is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience building financial tools or models through ideation, design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
- Strong analytical problem-solving, data contextualization, data-model understanding, interpersonal, adaptability, and business judgment skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and work in a high-performance culture.
