Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, including target segments, personas, launch plans, channel mix, milestones, and success metrics.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Design, Sales, and external agencies.
- Build scalable frameworks and processes for testing and launching new products.
- Translate product capabilities into customer value propositions, positioning, and messaging.
- Own channel and conversion rate optimization strategy; identify and scale acquisition channels and optimize the conversion funnel.
- Analyze performance against growth targets, monitor market dynamics, and identify new growth levers.
- Align stakeholders toward shared goals and deliver sustained results.
- Mentor and inspire high-performing teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in performance marketing, growth strategy, and scaling direct-to-consumer products or consumer technology brands.
- Experience driving complex, multichannel product launches with external agencies and in-house teams.
- Strategic, data-driven decision-making combined with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in marketing strategies for family, parent, and kid-focused audiences.
- Strong technical and analytical proficiency in defining KPIs and requirements with Data leadership.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, including sensitive investor discussions and senior partner alignment.
- Track record of scaling consumer technology, hardware devices, or D2C products from inception to significant ARR, such as $0 to $100M+.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence.
- Ability to set strategic direction while executing tactically.
- Experience inspiring and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strong cross-functional alignment and delivery skills.
