Leads Patch’s visual brand system and delivers design across web, editorial, campaigns, sales materials, events, video, and social. The role combines hands-on design and creative direction, requiring 8+ years of experience and strong cross-format portfolio and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Patch's visual identity system as the company scales.
- Set the brand standard for all external assets.
- Lead website design for new pages, campaigns, and refreshes.
- Design flagship reports, whitepapers, and long-form editorial.
- Create sales narrative decks, pitch templates, and GTM collateral.
- Design digital and campaign surfaces, including ads, social, landing pages, email, and campaign systems.
- Design events, dinners, print materials, signage, and swag.
- Brief, art-direct, and produce motion and video content for launches, campaigns, and social.
- Build and manage specialist contractors and agencies; write briefs, run reviews, and own design budget and pace.
- Partner with the CEO and Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to translate strategy into design.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a senior brand designer, including in-house experience at a high-growth B2B or category-defining company and experience at or closely working with a top design agency.
- Portfolio demonstrating distinctive, high-quality work across web, print, motion, and real-world environments.
- Experience owning and evolving a visual identity system end-to-end.
- Fluency across web, editorial, presentations, events, video, motion, and digital formats.
- Ability to direct specialists in areas where you are not the deepest expert.
- Strong creative direction, briefing, art direction, writing, and communication skills.
- Decisive and pragmatic approach to balancing craft and speed.
- Motivation to work on climate or other meaningful problems.
