Responsibilities
- Build features end-to-end across design, specification, development, testing, and launch.
- Deliver high-quality, readable software that can be leveraged by others.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, marketing, data science, and engineers.
- Investigate, prototype, and deliver innovative solutions throughout the stack.
- Define and drive best practices for modern web applications and cloud services.
- Build web applications and cloud services that deliver generative AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in backend development.
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools or Claude Code.
- Experience developing on a major cloud platform.
- Strong experience with relational or NoSQL databases and pub/sub systems.
- Experience developing bulk ingestion pipelines.
- Experience building data analytics services.
- Experience at a high-growth startup or technology company.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $188,000-$200,000.
