Senior Product Manager, AI
Senior product manager owning an AI agent for finance administrators, from strategy and roadmap through production quality and customer trust. The role requires end-to-end product leadership, hands-on experimentation with prompts and evaluations, and experience serving company administrators and customers.

Responsibilities
- Own product direction for the Finance Admin AI surface, including strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day shipping decisions.
- Translate company-specific finance workflows, expense policies, approval chains, and month-end close processes into production-ready agent behavior.
- Define quality and judgment standards for agents operating on customers’ money.
- Design and iterate evaluations, prompting approaches, and feedback loops as models and tooling evolve.
- Prototype, measure, review transcripts and traces, and iterate based on observed performance.
- Determine when agents should recommend actions versus act autonomously, and build customer trust incrementally.
- Work directly with finance administrators at real companies and use product usage to guide iteration.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and research.
Requirements
- Experienced product manager with a track record of owning complex, user-facing products end to end, from strategy through launch and adoption.
- Experience building software for company administrators and external customers.
- Product judgment and scope appropriate for a senior role.
- Ability to work hands-on with AI agents, including behavior shaping, prompt iteration, evaluations, transcripts, and traces.
- Ability to operate in trust-critical financial contexts and set a high quality bar.
Work Arrangement
- Based in the San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City office.
- Work from the office at least 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Remote work permitted for up to 4 weeks per year, in increments of at least one week.
