Responsibilities
Lead and develop an Instructional Designer and Technical Content Manager; set priorities and maintain high standards for quality and speed.
Own onboarding and ongoing curricula for partner and internal technical audiences across e-learning and in-person formats.
Create training modules, tests, milestones, and readiness assessments.
Onboard, upskill, and coach partner technicians, branch managers, and operations managers to improve field efficiency and technical proficiency.
Own the intake, accuracy, and maintenance of technical documentation, specifications, and the Bevi Help Center.
Administer the Learning Management System, including users, content, effectiveness, reporting, and completion tracking.
Manage authoring tools and develop scalable e-learning and in-person programs.
Partner with Sales, external partners, Product, and Engineering to capture process guidance and translate new products and changes into training and documentation.
Drive communication, stakeholder alignment, and buy-in across the business and partner network.
Continuously improve training, documentation, and Help Center processes; use AI to improve efficiency and scalability.
Travel as needed for training events.
Requirements
Experience building and operating technical training or enablement programs for internal teams and ideally external partners or channel networks.
People leadership experience or clear readiness to manage and develop a small team.
Working knowledge of LMS and authoring platforms such as Absorb and Articulate.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, Google Workspace, Confluence, and Jira.
Ability to teach across verbal, written, video, and e-learning formats.
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong process-building, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
High sense of urgency and a hands-on operating style.
Ability to use AI to improve training and documentation processes.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $111,945–$138,285 USD.
Some roles may be eligible for commission or bonus incentives.
