Responsibilities
- Gather insights from users, customers, GitHub, product data, competitors, ecosystem trends, and industry shifts.
- Translate research and signals into clearly framed problems, opportunities, tradeoffs, and roadmap guidance.
- Represent mobile developers in internal decisions through regular customer and developer conversations.
- Test product ideas quickly and cheaply before committing engineering resources.
- Improve the end-to-end mobile developer experience across iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter, and KMP.
- Partner with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to build alignment and trust.
- Apply AI to discovery, synthesis, analysis, and repeatable product workflows.
- Define measurable objectives, monitor usage and revenue metrics, and turn findings into action.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with B2B SaaS and observability products.
- 3+ years of professional mobile development experience.
- Background in mobile software engineering across Apple, Android, React Native, Flutter, or similar platforms.
- Experience speaking directly with customers and conducting continuous product discovery.
- Strong product and business judgment, with an affinity for data and metrics.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to drive outcomes through influence and evidence rather than authority.
- Fluent use of AI in daily product-management workflows.
- Live in the Vienna area or be willing to relocate.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: EUR 89,000–120,000 annually.
- Legally required minimum wage: EUR 64,554 gross per year under the Austrian IT collective agreement.
- Eligibility for applicable employee benefit plans, including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage.
