Leads strategic Financial Services accounts in Japan through the enterprise sales cycle, from pipeline generation to AI deployment. The role requires 7+ years of SaaS or PaaS sales experience, native-level Japanese, sustained $1M-plus annual target attainment, and complex deal leadership.

Responsibilities
- Manage approximately a dozen key Financial Services Industry accounts, developing and executing comprehensive account plans.
- Lead enterprise prospects from consideration through successful deployment.
- Partner with solutions and research engineering teams to build and execute complex customer programs and projects.
- Own a consumption revenue target and manage consumption revenue forecasts.
- Analyze key account metrics to create reports and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor the industry landscape, including people, competitors, and partners, to inform product roadmap and corporate strategies.
- Collaborate with solutions, marketing, communications, business operations, people operations, finance, product management, and engineering.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of teammates.
- Support company culture development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service in the Financial Services Industry.
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency.
- Experience achieving revenue targets exceeding $1M per year for more than 3 years.
- Experience designing and executing complex deal strategies.
- Experience supporting the growth of fast-growing, high-performance companies.
- Experience working directly with C-level executives.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience leading high-visibility customer events, such as customer advisory boards, conferences, and product launches.
- Experience gathering, distilling, and processing complex industry, competitor, customer, and prospect intelligence.
