Senior Talent Program Manager - Early Careers

Leads global early-career programs spanning internships, graduate cohorts, university partnerships, workshops, and campus strategy. Responsibilities

Early Careers Development

  • Scope, design, and program-manage scalable global early-career initiatives, including internship programs, new graduate cohorts, and rotational tracks.
  • Define and monitor program success metrics using participant feedback, hiring outcomes, retention, performance, and conversion data.
  • Design and facilitate interactive workshops for early-career talent covering professional skills, team dynamics, problem-solving, and career navigation.
  • Conduct needs assessments and refine learning pathways to bridge academic preparation and business performance.
  • Deliver program experiences that strengthen the employer brand and attract early-career applicants.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to improve intern and new-graduate conversion to full-time employment.

University Partnerships and Campus Strategy

  • Build and evaluate relationships with universities, student organizations, and academic institutions globally.
  • Own early-career social presence across LinkedIn and other relevant channels, including content strategy, editorial cadence, and storytelling.
  • Travel to target campuses for career fairs and employer events.
  • Track university partnership and campus strategy metrics to guide investment and targeting decisions.

Talent Programs

  • Support Talent and Organizational Development initiatives, including learning solutions and talent mobility projects.
  • Develop program frameworks, milestones, risk mitigation plans, and communication strategies for global, cross-functional execution.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners, business leaders, and people managers to provide mentorship, management support, and career pathways for early-career cohorts.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Early Careers.
  • Hands-on experience designing and managing early-career, internship, or university-focused programs in a fast-paced global technology environment.
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills and the ability to inspire early-career professionals.
  • Experience building and managing university partnerships and campus strategy initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational skills and experience scaling multifaceted programs across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to use data, feedback, and storytelling to measure program impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, driving innovation, and fostering a high-growth learning culture.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, from interns to senior executives.
