Corporate Travel Agent - Amadeus/Sabre
Provides multilingual customer support for air, rail, hotel, and other travel bookings using GDS platforms. The role requires at least three years of travel consulting and GDS experience, French and English fluency, and hybrid availability in Paris.

Responsibilities
- Provide travel support via chat, calls, and email.
- Maintain current knowledge of suppliers, destinations, and travel systems.
- Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences.
- Handle hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings accurately.
- Guide customers through self-service options on the Navan platform and app.
- Respond promptly while meeting SLA expectations.
- Follow company and customer policies and maintain global compliance.
- Provide stakeholders with feedback on goal progress and key processes.
- Participate in meetings covering products, suppliers, and industry updates.
- Stay current on travel industry best practices.
- Maintain attendance, complete assigned training, and meet performance metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant covering air, rail, and hotel bookings.
- 3+ years of experience with a GDS such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Experience in a contact center or customer-facing role.
- Comfortable using Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce.
- Availability for rotating shifts Monday through Friday between 7 AM and 7 PM.
- Ability to multitask, resolve urgent matters quickly, troubleshoot independently, and work effectively without close supervision.
- Empathetic, professional, and highly effective verbal and written communication.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hybrid working model with three days in the Paris office and two days remote.
- Flexible rotating shifts Monday through Friday between 7 AM and 7 PM.
