Senior Product Designer
The Senior Product Designer will own design for multiple platform areas, creating and iterating end-to-end product experiences while contributing to the design system and team practices. The role requires 5+ years of complex product experience, strong visual design skills, and close collaboration with engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities
- Design new product solutions across multiple areas of the platform, from concept through release and post-launch iteration.
- Work with stakeholders to understand user journeys and pain points.
- Translate insights and broad concepts into useful, valuable user solutions.
- Create end-to-end user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, user researchers, and engineers.
- Analyze launched solutions and continuously improve the platform through iteration.
- Help define and build a scalable design language and design system.
- Lead the end-to-end creation of well-considered new components.
- Contribute to design-team development, best practices, and process improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of in-house experience as an individual contributor working on a complex product.
- Portfolio demonstrating experience designing, iterating, and shipping product solutions.
- Excellent visual design skills, including typography, web application UI, information architecture, and aesthetic judgment.
- Strategic product thinking and the ability to make decisions based on user impact and company strategy.
- Experience working and communicating with web developers.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of web integration technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React.
