Responsibilities
- Build and own financial models that shape how Forus plans, forecasts, and makes high-stakes decisions
- Partner with product, growth, and operations teams to define unit economics and evaluate where we should invest to drive the most impact
- Analyze performance across the business, identifying what’s working, what’s not, and where we should double down or change course
- Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to support decisions around pricing, market expansion, hiring, and capital allocation
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership team on key initiatives, including new business lines, strategic partnerships, and fundraising strategy
- Help design and evolve how the company operates, including planning cadence, resource allocation, and financial discipline as we scale
Requirements
- 2–10 years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or a similar high-rigor analytical role
- Strong financial modeling skills — comfortable building from scratch and pressure-testing assumptions
- Ability to go from an ambiguous question to a structured answer with minimal guidance
- Excellent written and verbal communication: capable of translating complex financial insights into clear narrative for executive leadership, board, and investors
- Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals
- High NPS with former teammates
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $160,000–$250,000
