Associate of Structured Finance
Supports execution of structured finance deals including bond issuances, term loans, and project finance. Builds financial models, analyzes credit structures, coordinates diligence and legal workstreams for AI data center infrastructure financing. Responsibilities
- Support financing execution across high-yield bond issuances, senior secured term loans, and equipment/project finance facilities.
- Manage diligence processes, track lender and counsel workstreams, and coordinate documentation through close.
- Analyze credit support arrangements including guarantees, credit wraps, off-take agreements, and other backstop structures.
- Build and maintain financial models covering debt sizing, DSCR waterfalls, restricted payment mechanics, levered/unlevered returns, and multi-scenario sensitivities.
- Coordinate counterparty and legal workstreams with external counsel, financial advisors, and working groups.
- Analyze capital structures including HoldCo/OpCo/PropCo structuring, cross-collateralization, cross-default mechanics, and intercreditor arrangements.
- Support equity-linked and warrant analysis for strategic credit support or partnerships.
- Contribute to investor and lender materials such as investment memos, lender presentations, and bond offering documents.
- Partner cross-functionally with development, power, site selection, legal, and technology teams.
Required Experience
- 2–3 years in leveraged finance, structured credit, or related capital markets role at a bank, credit fund, or infrastructure sponsor.
- Exposure to deal execution processes including diligence, documentation, and lender/advisor coordination.
- Strong financial modeling skills for multi-tranche capital structures.
- Strong written communication skills for memos, summaries, and deal tracking.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to data center, power, digital infrastructure, or capital-intensive real asset sectors.
- Familiarity with credit agreement mechanics, covenant structures, high-yield/leveraged loan documentation.
- Exposure to credit support structures and equity-linked instruments.
- SPV structuring or multi-lender intercreditor arrangements.
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary range: $150,000 - $250,000 per year.
