Strategic Finance Associate

Responsibilities

• Own product-line P&Ls, including revenue, margins, operating expenses, and unit economics.
• Serve as the primary finance partner to general managers and product stakeholders.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and financial modeling.
• Build revenue models, size opportunities, and contribute to quarterly and annual plans.
• Develop product-level budgets, monitor spending, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Support capital allocation decisions by evaluating returns on product investments, pricing changes, and operational initiatives.
• Translate data into recommendations that shape product and company strategy.
• Improve financial reporting, dashboards, workflows, and systems for accuracy and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private or growth equity, consulting, or strategic finance at a high-growth technology company.
• Startup experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with comfort working with incomplete or complex data.
• High ownership and execution, with the ability to run workstreams end to end in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communicator and cross-functional partner who can synthesize insights and influence decisions.
• Process-oriented and adaptable, with interest in building and improving systems and workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base cash compensation of $165,000–$225,000.
