Finance & Strategy Associate
Lead strategic finance, FP&A, financial modeling, and cross-functional analysis to drive business decisions at a high-growth AI infrastructure startup for CPG. Partner directly with the executive team on fundraising, forecasting, unit economics, and go-to-market strategy.

What You Will Own
- Partner directly with founders and the executive team on strategic finance priorities: fundraising materials, board reporting, and investor communications
- Build and own financial models that inform major business decisions, including pricing strategy, market sizing, and unit economics
- Lead ad hoc strategic analysis on competitive positioning, new market opportunities, and growth initiatives
- Partner with the Revenue team on pipeline and revenue forecasting, and drive unit economics and market ROI analysis to shape go-to-market strategy
- Own the development of external-facing materials for investors, board members, and strategic partners
- Collaborate with data and engineering to build the infrastructure behind Confido's financial and business insights
What You’ll Need
- Experience in investment banking, consulting, and/or strategic finance / experience at a relevant high-growth or venture-backed startup
- Ability to “wear multiple hats” as a team player in order to prioritize the dynamic business needs of a high-growth organization
- Exceptional Excel/financial modeling skills, with an ability to work quickly with little oversight
- Analytical aptitude with keen attention to detail and insatiable curiosity to learn
- Strong self-management, drive and organizational skills with ownership and pride in your work and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment is essential
- Ownership mentality, bias for action, highly motivated, strong work ethic
