Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Engineers and frontline leaders through feedback and structured career development.
- Partner with senior Sales leadership on regional strategy, multi-quarter planning, annual capacity planning, and forecast alignment.
- Provide executive-level presence and technical credibility in strategic, high-impact customer opportunities.
- Oversee delivery across technical sales cycles, including evaluations, customer engagements, and deal progression.
- Hire and onboard individual contributors and manager-level talent.
- Manage regional operations, including resource allocation, utilization, KPI tracking, productivity, and skills development.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Support on regional strategy, go-to-market execution, and customer experience.
- Improve processes, data quality, evaluation frameworks, and team effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading Sales Engineers and/or frontline leaders in a customer-facing technical organization.
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a technical customer-facing role.
- Experience partnering with senior Sales leadership on regional strategy, long-range planning, and forecast alignment.
- Ability to operate strategically and operationally while balancing planning with day-to-day execution.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and senior-level influencing skills.
- Background in public cloud, Kubernetes, APM/tracing, security, developer experience, or observability.
- Demonstrated ability to use and scale AI tooling.

- Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements.
