Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product initiatives that improve customer perception, experience, and retention.
- Support engineering, design, and product management across Solace’s products.
- Bring innovative product ideas to life through rapid execution and launches.
- Own work end to end, including detailed execution and accountability for outcomes.
- Act as the liaison with cross-functional and creative partners.
- Define initiative-level roadmaps and supporting workstreams to meet goals and deadlines.
- Provide current project visibility and involve the right stakeholders at the right time.
- Document decisions and action items, and follow up with owners on commitments.
- Learn and uphold Solace’s brand, user expectations, standards, and best practices across product touchpoints.
Requirements
- Bias toward action and execution, with a strong focus on momentum and meeting demanding timelines.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and strong intuition for creating delightful, consumer-oriented experiences.
- Ability to support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating across departments.

Compensation and Benefits
- This is an in-person role in the Redwood City office three days per week.
