Scale the Practice: Develop operational standards, playbooks, and benchmarks.
7–10+ years in marketing analytics, measurement science, or ad-tech consulting.
Deep expertise in MMM, Incremental Lift testing (RCTs/Geo-testing), and Multi-Touch Attribution.
Product thinker with builder mindset; comfortable writing SQL or Python.
Exceptional communicator for technical and C-suite audiences.
Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Math).
Compensation: Base $180,000–$275,000, plus equity and benefits (health, 401(k), PTO, etc.).
