Own the Industry Product Roadmap: Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for priority verticals like insurance, healthcare, and public sector. Translate strategy into roadmap, deciding on native builds, platform extensibility, and partnerships. Own outcomes tied to revenue, adoption, and satisfaction.

Ship 0→1 Products: Identify unmet needs via customer research, data analysis, and market intelligence. Lead full product lifecycle from problem definition, technical scoping, PRD, API/UX design, build, launch, and iteration. Make trade-offs on scope, technical approach, and sequencing.

Be a Strategic Partner to GTM and Customers: Work with largest customers, partners, and GTM teams. Translate market needs into product requirements, data models, and integration patterns for enterprise customers.

Act as a Force Multiplier Across Stripe's Platform: Influence core teams (Payments, Billing, Connect) to meet vertical needs. Deeply understand APIs, infrastructure, and extensibility to advocate technically.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of Product Management experience in complex, regulated environments with successful product shipments.
- Technical fluency: Comfortable with API specs, system design trade-offs, and engineering discussions.
- Deep customer obsession: Distill complex pain points into elegant requirements.
- Analytical rigor: Data-driven prioritization, metrics frameworks, usage analysis.
- Master Communicator: Articulate technical/strategic concepts via precise writing.
- High Agency & Influence: Build consensus and drive momentum without authority.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Handle ambiguity, prioritize impact with limited resources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Healthtech, Insurtech, Public Sector, or similar regulated industries.
- Building platform, API, or developer-facing products.
- Working with Enterprise Sales and Fortune 500 C-suite.
