What you'll do
Own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between
Manage payroll and HR operations across our global team using Gusto and Deel
Set up and maintain recruiting operations: ATS configuration, sourcing pipelines, interview coordination, and on-site execution
Continuously improve hiring workflows and tools to improve signal quality, speed, and scalability
Handle benefits administration, visa requests, and policy documentation
Keep employee data accurate and up to date across systems
Who we're looking for
1-3 years in people ops, HR, or recruiting operations, ideally at a fast-moving startup
Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning things end to end without a lot of hand-holding
Like building systems from scratch more than maintaining ones someone else set up
Partner with leaders and managers as an Associate HRBP to drive organizational effectiveness, performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and people programs at a high-growth remote tech company. Requires 3+ years in HR/Talent/Employee Experience roles with strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
