Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end software implementation process for new clients, with implementations averaging eight weeks.
- Gather and document requirements, confirm project scope, and develop achievable timelines and program goals with clients.
- Act as a client partner and liaison for cross-departmental collaboration and resource management.
- Support and implement additional products and integrations, including RESTful APIs and CRM/HRM integrations.
- Provide in-depth training on the Absorb LMS, including best practices and workflows customized to each client’s needs.
- Manage a portfolio of projects while maintaining quality and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- 4+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, project management, software implementations, or a similar field.
- Previous training or software training experience.
- Understanding of basic online and SaaS concepts.
- Proven time-management skills.
- Project-oriented mindset.
Nice-to-Haves
- LMS administration or training experience.
- Knowledge of adult learning and e-learning.
- PMP certification or formal project-management experience.
