About the role
Role Scope
Run the deployment program across all sites: schedules, dependencies, and escalations in one view.
Own cross-site resource and sequencing decisions when parallel builds compete for the same teams.
Build the program reporting leadership runs on: real dates, real risks, no weather forecasts.
Lead the TPM team covering per-site deployment programs.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end deployment programs for turning empty data halls into serving GPUs in weeks.
Manage schedules, dependencies, and escalations across multiple sites operating at hundreds of megawatts.
Make and enforce sequencing calls between competing projects.
Develop accurate program reporting with real dates and risks for leadership.
Build and lead the TPM team responsible for per-site deployment programs.
Deploy 10GW scale using software and tooling rather than increasing headcount.
Interface with hardware supply, build program tooling, and handle executive reporting (bonus areas).
Requirements
Experience running multi-site infrastructure programs as the lead TPM.
Proven ability to make sequencing calls between competing projects and make them stick.
Program reporting that is trusted because it has been accurate.
Experience building and leading TPM teams.
Nice-to-Haves
