Responsibilities
- Lead complex, high-impact product initiatives from discovery through release.
- Design intuitive, trustworthy, and useful AI-powered features and workflows.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to craft scalable experiences.
- Work with engineers on implementation details and high-quality execution.
- Contribute front-end development to the codebase.
- Create prototypes and tools to test workflows, interactions, and edge cases.
- Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Strengthen and evolve Dialtone through scalable, accessible, cohesive system design.
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation to create customer value.
- Mentor designers and elevate the team’s craft, speed, and quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping high-quality product design work.
- Strong track record of delivering product experiences.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently lead complex projects.
- Systems-thinking approach to cohesive, end-to-end experience design.
- Comfort working in front-end code and collaborating deeply with engineering.
- Experience with AI tools and AI-enhanced experiences.
- Clear, persuasive communication across disciplines, including with leadership.
- Strong attention to craft, detail, usability, and measurable product outcomes.
- Proactive problem-solving and ability to drive work forward independently.
