Responsibilities
- Ensure customers have a world-class developer experience integrating and using Raindrop
- Maintain, improve, and add software development kits (SDKs)
- Help customers debug integrations
- Write clear documentation, tutorials, and guides
- Iterate quickly without compromising quality
- Develop a deep understanding of customers
Requirements
- Strong programming, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Ability to balance short-term and long-term speed
- Passion for working with developers and building developer communities
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Interest in AI products and tools; experience building them or being an avid user is advantageous
- Growth mindset

- Willingness to do whatever it takes to solve problems
- Must work in person in San Francisco or be willing to relocate
