Responsibilities
- Author technically rigorous Notion Academy content, implementation guides, and Help Center resources.
- Teach customers through video, live webinars, and workshops, demonstrating real workflows and troubleshooting problems in real time.
- Explore and build with new Notion capabilities to identify high-value use cases and prioritize educational workflows.
- Experiment with adaptive, contextual learning experiences powered by AI.
- Use product adoption signals to measure the impact of technical education and improve learning content.
- Develop reusable standards that help the team deliver effective technical education at scale.
Requirements
- Hands-on, builder-oriented approach to learning new product features.
- Ability to navigate technical content, including reading technical architecture documentation, identifying outdated information, and collaborating with engineers on updates.
- Credibility and comfort teaching, building, and troubleshooting in front of customers.
- Active use of AI to build, learn, and teach technical proficiency.
- Ability to quickly understand new product features, identify customer value, and translate capabilities into practical use cases.

Compensation
- New York City base salary: $118,000–$147,000 per year.
