Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to refine project requirements and ensure alignment with business and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design solutions and user flows.
• Conduct user research and interviews with customers to validate product ideas, gather feedback, and refine user experiences.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and team input to ensure the product meets both user expectations and business goals.
• Work closely with engineering teams, answering questions about design implementation and ensuring the final product looks and feels great.
• Stay up to date with UX/UI design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design output.
• Collaborate in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other relevant activities to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience on customer-facing web SaaS products.
• Experience working directly with product managers and engineering teams.
• Experience conducting external customer interviews, including sourcing participants.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Understanding of AI workflows and prototyping.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Adaptability and comfort working in evolving environments.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a continuous learning mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Portfolio including at least one case study that showcases UI and UX abilities.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience designing for IT or developer-focused SaaS products.
• Familiarity with device management, endpoint security, or similar IT domains.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Background in accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
