Email Automation & QA Specialist
Owns the assembly, automation, and quality assurance of personalized email campaigns in Braze. The role combines HTML/CSS and Liquid troubleshooting with AI-assisted validation, link and rendering checks, campaign support, and production-process improvement.

Responsibilities
- Assemble email templates in Braze from existing components, matching approved Figma designs and copy.
- Build, update, and maintain reusable content blocks and catalog entries across partner programs.
- Manage content accuracy, localization, and versioning across partner templates.
- Build and iterate on AI-assisted workflows that convert designs and copy into reusable dynamic Braze templates.
- Design and implement an AI-assisted QA checklist covering link and UTM validation, Liquid variables, localization, dark mode, and compliance strings.
- Maintain QA logs, reports, and tracked issues so quality assurance is repeatable and measurable.
- Perform end-to-end human QA, including proofreading, link validation, client rendering checks, dark-mode checks, and dynamic-content verification.
- Run inbox testing, document and resolve issues, and improve QA checklists based on findings.
- Create lightweight tools, scripts, and prompts to standardize repetitive tasks.
- Maintain documentation, versioning, and automation workflows as requirements evolve.
- Support Braze campaign and Canvas builds with ready content catalogs and validated templates.
- Manage dynamic content logic and update campaigns as partner programs change.
- Generate and validate campaign links, UTMs, and deep links using Branch.io or similar platforms.
- Troubleshoot and safely update HTML and Liquid code within established email-template patterns.
- Apply email-client rendering and compatibility best practices and propose systemic fixes for recurring issues.
Requirements
- Strong systems thinking and attention to detail.
- Practical experience building or operating production automation, including AI-assisted workflows, scripts, no-code/low-code tools, or process automation.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email.
- Experience with Liquid templating or similar dynamic-content systems.
- Familiarity with production pipelines from input and assembly through validation, launch, and iteration.
- Comfort with naming conventions, documentation, change control, and ongoing maintenance.
- Clear, proactive communication and ownership of deliverables.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Braze or a comparable lifecycle marketing platform.
- Experience with content catalog management and dynamic template logic.
- Familiarity with UTM tracking, link management, and campaign attribution.
- Experience with mobile deep-linking platforms such as Branch.io.
- Experience with inbox-testing tools and client-rendering QA.
- Experience working within a component-based design system.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $62,400–$83,200.
