Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for Coinbase One Member Home, engagement surfaces, and retention flows across mobile and web.
- Drive the member home redesign, creating a persistent, personalized destination for subscribers.
- Design campaign expressions, gamification mechanics, and discovery surfaces to increase benefit attach rates.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to shape the roadmap, scope work, and ship high-quality features.
- Collaborate with Product Creative on campaign visual expression.
- Contribute to design critiques, peer reviews, and team culture as a senior individual contributor.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience shipping consumer-facing products at scale across mobile and web.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design from strategy through execution, including UX thinking and visual craft.
- Experience designing membership, loyalty, or engagement-driven products such as subscriptions, rewards, or retention experiences.
- Ability to ship iteratively in ambiguous problem spaces while maintaining a cohesive long-term vision.
- Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams and incorporating technical constraints into design decisions.
- Systems thinking across multiple entry points and surfaces, resulting in cohesive cross-platform experiences.
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: $180,370–$212,200 USD.
- Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
