Workplace Operations Manager
Leads multi-site workplace operations, vendors, capital projects, leases, and regional budgets across EMEA and MENA. Requires 6+ years in workplace, real estate, or facilities management, with UK project delivery and international technology-company experience.

Responsibilities
- Run on-site operations across the region, including service delivery, facilities, life safety, and workplace experience across EMEA and Middle East offices.
- Manage regional vendors across facilities management, security, food and beverage, and AV services.
- Select, onboard, and hold vendors accountable to service standards.
- Deliver capital projects end to end, including design, contractors, budgets, schedules, and handover.
- Track lease dates, renewal and break notices, landlord obligations, and service contract expiries.
- Serve as the regional escalation point for country leads and local stakeholders.
- Partner with country and functional leadership on compliance and security requirements in each market.
- Own the regional operating and capital budgets, forecast space needs against headcount growth, and implement global workplace standards in new markets.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in workplace operations, corporate real estate, or facilities management.
- Direct ownership of multi-site operations.
- Experience delivering at least one office stand-up or major build-out from the ground up.
- Hands-on project delivery experience in the UK; Middle East experience is preferred.
- Understanding of landlord, fit-out, permitting, and vendor dynamics in Gulf markets and Europe.
- Ability to interpret leases and identify important dates and obligations.
- Experience scoping and negotiating service contracts, managing service levels, and replacing underperforming vendors.
- Ability to operate independently, make recommendations on space, spend, and sequencing, and defend decisions.
- Experience at a high-growth technology company scaling internationally.
