Own day-to-day accounting operations, financial close, reporting, controls, and audit readiness in a fast-growing global technology company. Requires 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, supervisory experience, GAAP expertise, and strong ERP and Excel skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, payroll accounting, and cash reconciliations.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and ensure reporting deadlines and standards are met.
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statements, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, applicable tax requirements, company policies, and internal controls.
- Review financial results, investigate variances, and communicate insights to leadership.
- Coordinate external audits and provide timely schedules and supporting documentation.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and other financial-planning activities.
- Assist with tax filings, regulatory reporting, and special projects.
- Implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial accuracy and business growth.
- Leverage technology solutions to improve accounting efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- CPA and/or bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience managing month-end and year-end close processes.
- Proficiency with accounting or ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High accuracy, integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.

- Big 4 public accounting experience.
- Experience supporting external audits, system implementations, or process-automation initiatives.
- Multi-entity, multi-currency, or international accounting experience.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
