Product Manager III

Product Manager responsible for shaping the member-facing Incentive Experience at Garner, including roadmap development, building reimbursement operations at scale, and driving consumer and internal product features from ideation to launch. Requires 3+ years PM experience with consumer-facing products, strong user intuition, and operational tool-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the roadmap for Incentive Experience, shaping our strategy and developing new ways to make Garner the most compelling and convenient way to pay for your healthcare.
  • Build the operational engine and applications that will enable us to pay $100m+ in reimbursements in 2026 while scaling rapidly and maintaining exceptional quality of service.
  • Embed deeply with members, employers, and operational teams to understand their pain points and develop product ideas.
  • Drive new product and feature development from ideation to launch.
  • Define success metrics for every initiative, ensuring we have the data in place to measure outcomes and rallying the team around what winning looks like and how we get there.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience with at least one role that involved owning and shipping a consumer-facing product or features from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Strong consumer product intuition, with a deep understanding of what drives exceptional user experiences.
  • Experience building tools for operational teams at scale, with a clear-eyed understanding of what makes internal products succeed.
  • Exceptional written communication, with the ability to communicate decisions and strategy clearly and concisely to your team, stakeholders, and executive team.
  • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Target salary range: $180,000 - $205,000.
  • Eligible to participate in equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
