Staff Product Manager, Pricing & Packaging
Leads end-to-end pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy across self-serve and enterprise products. The role partners cross-functionally to design experiments, refine SKU and upsell strategies, and drive revenue, retention, and customer value.

Responsibilities
- Own Pricing and Packaging strategy end-to-end across self-serve and enterprise products.
- Own the Pricing and Packaging roadmap and experimentation agenda.
- Re-architect the enterprise SKU strategy, creating clear value differentiation and product-led upsell mechanics across tiers.
- Partner with revenue teams on positioning and rollout.
- Design monetization for self-serve and free tiers, including value metrics for new product surfaces.
- Influence how new product additions are packaged and priced as the platform evolves.
- Partner with product, revenue, marketing, finance, and operations leaders to translate strategy into shipped changes that improve revenue and retention.
- Identify opportunities using customer data, competitive research, past experiments, and stakeholder conversations.
- Review entitlements and data, collaborate with sales teams on positioning, and iterate with product managers.
Requirements
- Previous ownership of pricing and packaging or monetization at a software company.
- Experience conducting experiments across multiple business segments.
- Strong understanding of pricing psychology, packaging strategy, value metrics, and upsell mechanics.
- Strategic and analytical ability, including building executive-ready points of view and pressure-testing them in spreadsheets.
- Proven ability to influence revenue, marketing, product, and finance teams without formal authority.
- Strong judgment and willingness to revise opinions when presented with new information.

- Product management or business operations background, or adjacent experience.
- Experience monetizing new product surfaces or navigating a usage-based pricing transition.
- Experience thriving in high-autonomy environments.
