Position Overview
We're looking for an exceptional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive revenue growth by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities. This role is perfect for a dynamic, driven sales professional early in their career.
Objectives
- Represent Ironclad as the first point of interaction for prospective customers, providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive qualification calls with a consultative approach by having deep knowledge of products and services.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage inbound leads through the funnel to drive strong speed-to-lead and conversion rates.
- Leverage Salesforce (CRM) and Outreach to execute core daily inbound tasks.
- Identify prospect needs and position Ironclad's value to generate opportunities.
- Build trusting relationships and nurture warm leads.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop best practices.

OTE Range
$75,000 - $80,000 (based in San Francisco).
