What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional People programs, from ideation through execution and iteration
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to define program goals, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Deliver People products through scalable processes and frameworks that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness
- Identify dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across initiatives, proactively driving alignment and decision-making
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring clear communication and accountability across teams
- Establish program governance, reporting, and operating rhythms to track progress and outcomes
- Synthesize insights across multiple workstreams to inform executive-level updates and recommendations
- Continuously improve program management practices within the People Team
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or a related field, preferably within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and driving initiatives from strategy through execution
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term organizational goals with detailed operational execution
- Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience structuring complex challenges and driving scalable solutions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align teams at all levels
- Experience building scalable processes, frameworks, and operating rhythms across teams, systems, and organizational priorities
- Background in People Operations, HR transformation, People systems, or supporting executive-level initiatives and Chief of Staff functions is a strong plus
