Responsibilities
- Present Snowflake's AI Data Cloud technology and strategic vision to C-level executives, translating complex technical capabilities into business value propositions.
- Architect sophisticated data and AI solutions with customer technical teams while communicating business impact and ROI to executive leadership.
- Serve as the primary technical advocate for customers within Snowflake, partnering with product managers and technical executive sponsors to influence the product roadmap.
- Understand customers' business models, competitive landscapes, and strategic priorities to identify opportunities for innovation and market leadership.
- Lead executive briefings, strategic architecture sessions, quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and board presentations.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and executive leadership to improve products based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience with significant C-level executive exposure and a proven track record managing large enterprise accounts.
- Proven success in financial services, balancing centralized architecture and engineering needs with organizational business units such as Retail, Business, Institutional, Wealth, and Risk.
- Experience with modern data technologies, including dbt, Spark, containers, DevOps tooling, orchestration tools, and Git.
- Deep expertise in cloud data platforms, AI/ML technologies, LLMs, machine learning pipelines, MLOps, data warehousing, and modern data architecture.
- Hands-on expertise with SQL, Python, and data modeling, with the ability to explain complex technical architectures in business terms.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with C-level executives.
- Experience influencing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and driving customer-centric development.
- Experience conducting executive briefings, board presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
- Strong internal advocacy skills within technology companies, representing customer needs to product and engineering organizations.
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

- Master's degree in Data Science or Business Administration.
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions focused on data and AI strategy.
